I’ve been getting treatments with Launa since 2022 and have loved my experience so far. My focus is on improving symmetry and having an expression that matches how I’m feeling (so I’m not frowning all the time haha). I’ve gotten different muscle relaxers (Botox, Dysport, Daxiffy) and a bit or lip and nose filler. Launa tends to be conservative instead of over-injecting, so the treatment looks natural and we only use the amount that is actually needed. She makes a personalized plan for each of her patients and keeps track of all the areas treated and the amounts injected. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, with a great hand too, I barely feel anything! Launa and her staff are always polite and cheerful, which makes me feel excited every time I visit. They thoroughly answer any questions I may have and recommend options without making me feel pressured in any way. What I like the most is that Launa truly listens to what I want to address, instead of just freezing all my face or focusing on wrinkles. I’m also extremely happy with my lips and nose, they look very natural. I was very nervous about filler because I barely had any upper lips, but Launa gradually filled them over two sessions and was very meticulous, making sure everything looked balanced.
